Trivane
The Range

Consultation programmes built around your intake — not an ideal one.

Every Trivane programme begins with the same document: a 7-day food diary. What varies is the scope — from a single intake review to a year-long dietary guidance programme that evolves with the seasons.

Foundation

Whole-Food Intake Review

The foundational Trivane service. A single 60-minute session in which the nutritionist reviews a completed 7-day food diary, maps vegetable and fruit frequency, assesses macronutrient distribution, and identifies gaps in the current eating pattern. A written intake summary is prepared and issued within three working days.

Module 02
Core Programme

Weight & Activity Calibration

A three-session programme for adults managing body weight through dietary adjustment and sport. Sessions map the relationship between food choices, physical activity, and energy balance. A calibrated eating framework is produced — structured, but not rigid — with monthly check-ins available.

The plan integrates preferred foods and practical meal structures for busy schedules. Revised each quarter to reflect seasonal availability and changes to routine.

Dietary Guidance Programme

A 12-month advisory programme for adults seeking consistent, documented dietary guidance. Includes a quarterly seasonal plan revision, monthly check-in session, and a maintained consultation archive. Each session is revision-numbered and dated. The programme is designed for individuals who want guidance that tracks and adapts with them over time.

The outcome is a structured eating framework that supports energy levels and recovery through a balanced, whole-food approach — without extreme adjustments.

02 — Nutritional Supplements

Supplements reviewed as part of the dietary picture.

Trivane products are nutritional food-supplements registered with the applicable local regulatory authority under food-supplement classification. They fall within the food-supplement category and are designed to complement a balanced daily diet.

Supplement review is offered within the dietary guidance programme only after a full intake record has been established. The review maps current supplement use against dietary gaps identified in the food diary.

Ingredient profiles in Trivane supplements are selected based on published nutritional research and undergo independent batch verification for quality and labelling accuracy. Active ingredients are sourced from documented suppliers, with each batch accompanied by a certificate of composition. Sourcing prioritises suppliers whose facilities maintain food-grade processing standards.
