To schedule a first consultation, submit the form below or contact the practice directly by phone or email. The intake template will be sent to you by return — complete it over seven days before your first session.
A member of the practice responds to all enquiries within one working day, Monday through Friday, 09:00 to 18:00.
Once a first-consultation date is confirmed, the 7-day food diary template is sent by email. It should be completed before the session.
The confirmation note includes the practice address, session duration, and any preparation notes relevant to the enquiry type selected.
The first session lasts approximately 60 minutes. Bring the completed food diary. No additional preparation is required for a first consultation.
The practice is accessible by public transport. The nearest metro station is Piata Romana (M2 line). Tram lines 16 and 24 stop on Strada Mihai Eminescu, a short walk from the practice address.
